can PADRE simulate ig-vgs curve for short channel MOSFET

CAN PADRE SIMULATE IG-VGS(GATE CURRENT VERSUS GATE VOLTAGE) AND ISUBSTRATE-VGS CURVES FOR SHORT CHANNEL OR SUBMICRON MOSFETS?

    Hi

    PADRE can simulate short channel MOSFETs however it would not have the tunneling phenomenon through the barrier (Something important at very short channels).
