Notes {{IEEE}}
LKZ - There is a direct reference to 1250 in the reference list. I will keep PBs research on the authors even though the paper does not include their info.

PB-Also, no author details were given in the paper or on the IEEE abstract page. I found information by researching authors via IEEE and cross referencing the details I found by our database on users. Lijun Li had several institution affiliations, so this may be a name that several authors on IEEE have. I used Univ. of Virginia, since that is what our database shows and because the other affiliated authors are from the same institution, with the exception of Mehdi Kabir. I found his information through IEEE and there is no institution provided for him in our database. You may have to delete the institution and/or replace.

These are previously entered dates, and they all reflect the first day of the conference. Perhaps we should standardize the way we represent these dates for conference papers, maybe going back at the end and putting the same date in all the fields to indicate citation is conference paper? -pb
