Reward Points

nanoHUB is powered by your contributions! We want to reward you for your efforts and encourage you to contribute more. So we have introduced a new system of points called "nanos." These points are similar to airline miles or the points you might earn from major credit cards.

Earn Points by:
1) Asking and answering questions in our nanoHUB Answers forum. When each question is answered and closed, it is given a point value based on the level of interest that it has attracted within the community. Points are divided between the person who asked the question and the various people who answered the question. All parties continue to receive points each month thereafter, as a royalty for the useful information that they've generated.
2) Writing extended reviews on site resources. The author of a review is eligible to receive a monthly royalty bonus, if a sufficient number of users find the review useful.

Spend Points on t-shirts and other merchandise offered in our nanoHUB store. You can also offer extra points as a reward for your own questions, to get them answered more quickly. Track your points in the point transaction history within your "My Account" area.

As time goes on, we'll be adding more ways to earn points and spend them on nanoHUB. Check back for new merchandise in the store and other premium simulation services.
