How do I change my subversion repository from https://repo.nanohub.org to https://nanohub.org?

Use the subversion "switch" command to relocate the source of your repository.

For tools the old repo URLs looked like:

https://repo.nanohub.org/svn/app-TOOLNAME/trunk

and the new nanohub URLs look like:

https://nanohub.org/tools/TOOLNAME/svn/trunk

$ svn switch --relocate oldurl newurl
