He performed Ph.D. in Law at the University Carlos III of Madrid (Spain), and attended the University of Lima, School of Law (Perú) obtained a Law Degree (J.D. Equivalent) and a Bachelor in Law and Political Science (LL.B). Diplomate in International Human Rights from the International Institute of Human Rights René Cassin, Strasbourg (France).
He is researcher ad tempus at Instituto de Metodología e Historia de la Ciencia Jurídica at the University Complutense of Madrid (Spain). He has published various articles about Fundamental Rights.
