From 2005 to 2007, Marc Bescond was Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering and Physics at the INPG (Grenoble Institute of Technology). Since October 2007, he is researcher at the CNRS (chargé de recherche). Before attending Grenoble, he was post-doc in the Device Modelling Group of Prof. A. Asenov at the University of Glasgow. His research interest is in the modelling of nanoelectronic devices, three-dimensional simulations of quantum transport and intrinsic fluctuations using the non-equilibrium Green’s function formalism.
Since September 2012, he is also Professor of Physics at ISEN-Toulon.
