He is presently pursuing his PhD studies at Purdue University. His areas of work include quantum transport, electronic structure and surface effects on scaled semiconductor devices. He obtained his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay, India in 2006. He also received his Mtech degree in micro-electronics from IIT Bombay, India. His master’s thesis was on development of a simulator to investigate program, erase and retention characteristics in SONOS flash memories.
