  • Biography

    Zhengping Jiang joined Professor Klimeck’s research group in August 2008 at Purdue University. Zhengping is currently a Ph.D student in this group.

    He received Bachelor Degree in Electronic Science and Technology from Tianjin University, China in 2008 and MS Degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, USA in 2011.

    Zhengping’s research is focused on quantum transport in 1D heterostructure and electronic properties of Si quantum well with application in Quantum Computing. Zhengping is using NEMO 3-D as a primary vehicle for modeling and simulation and he is now involved in development of NEMO 5.

    He is currently working on modeling Tunneling FET and Si based quantum computing devices.
