Sambit Palit is currently working on thick dielectric reliability and reliability of RF-MEMS devices with Prof. Muhammad Ashraful Alam in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Purdue University. He obtained his Master of Technology in Microelectronics and Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 2008.
