Biography
Tarek M. Abdolkader received BS degree in Electrical Engineering (Electronics and Communications) from the faculty of Engineering, Ain-Shams university, Cairo in 1992, another BS degree in physics from the faculty of Science, Ain-Shams university, Cairo in 1996, MS and PhD degrees in Engineering physics from the faculty of Engineering, Ain-Shams university, Cairo in 2001 and 2005, respectively. He was affiliated as a Lecturer of Engineering physics at the department of basic sciences, Benha Higher institute of Technology, Benha, Egypt. He is currently working as a post-doctoral researcher at Electrical and Computer Engineering department, Purdue University, USA. His research interests are modeling and simulation of nanoelectronic devices such as Carbon naotube FETs.
