  • Biography

    Deepanjan Datta is currently working on Materials, Spin Transport and Micromagnetic modelling of STT-MRAM device in the Technology Development, TCAD group at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Singapore. He received PhD degree in Microelectronics & Nanotechnology in dept of ECE at Purdue University, USA. His research interests include quantum transport and Micromagnetic simulation of Nano-electronic, spintronic and Magnetic devices.

    • Simulation tools: Atomistic Toolkit (ATK) for QuantumWise, VASP, FastMag (Magneto-dynamics)
