• Biography

  I am an undergraduate at the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign. I am currently working on a research team under Prof. Ravaioli.

  We work to model electronic band structures of various semiconducting materials. We use these models to then simulate the working of devices such as Diodes and MOSFETs. The tools used for simulation are many. For example, we use the Monte Carlo statistical method to simulate the working of a double gate MOSFET.
