• Biography

  Mr. RIZVI AHMED is currently working as research lecturer in the department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) in East West University (http://ewubd.edu), Dhaka, Bangladesh. He has completed undergraduate in EEE from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (http://buet.ac.bd), Dhaka, Bangladesh. His undergraduate thesis was on simulation of nanoscale SOI MOSFET and double gate MOSFET.

  His research interest includes: simulation of nanoscale electronic devices, transport process and spintronics. He is currently working on development of simulator for III-V quantum well FET.
