Ninad Pimparkar was born in India, in 1980. He received the B. Tech. and M. Tech. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay in 2003 from the 5 year Dual Degree program. Currently, he is working toward the Ph.D. degree in Purdue University with Prof. M. A. Alam. His research interests include simulation and modeling of nanotube and nanowire network transistor devices, Macro-electronics and Photovoltaics.
