• Biography

  Yang Liu received his BSc in Applied Physics from University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China, in 2003. He received his MSc in Mechanical Engineering and Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2005 and 2010 respectively, both from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN. His research interests include theoretical modeling and simulation of III-V and Si devices for future logic technology nodes. Since December 2010, he has been with IBM Research and the Semiconductor Research Development Center at Hopewell Junction, NY as an advanced Scientist/Engineer.
