• Biography

  I carried out researches on MBE growth of III-V bulk and nano-structures under the guidance of Prof. Yi Luo in Tsinghua Univ., Beijing China, where I learned all basics about semiconductor materials and characterization techniques. In 2010, I joined Prof. Xiuling Li’s group in UIUC and now am doing research on growth (by MOCVD) and fabrication of III-V materials and devices in nano-scale. I also became extremely interested in device physics and modeling. I have taken classes on carrier transportation, MOS device physics and optoelectronic device (mainly lasers)physics.
