Arash Hazeghi received his M.S. degree from Stanford University, Stanford, CA, in 2006. He is currently working towards the Ph.D. degree at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Stanford University. He is a member of the Wong Nanoelectronic Group, Center for Integrated Systems. His current research interests include carbon nanotubes (modeling and fabrication) as well as other Ballistic-channel FET devices.
