  • Biography

    Shah M. Jahinuzzaman received the B.Sc. degree (with honors) in electrical and electronic engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Dhaka, Bangladesh in2002, and the M.A.Sc. and Ph.D.degrees in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, ON, Canada in 2004 and 2009, respectively. He was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Concordia University, Montreal, QC, Canada. Since December 2010, he has been with Logic Technology Development Q&R at Intel Corporation in Hillsboro, Oregon. His research interests include soft error tolerant low-power/high-speed digital circuits and embedded memories. He has two granted US patents and more than ten refereed journal and conference publications. He is a member of the IEEE and a registered professional engineer (P.Eng.) in the Province of Ontario, Canada.
