    Xingshu Sun is currently a PhD candidate in School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Purdue University. He works as a graduate research assistant in Professor Lundstrom’s group. His research interest is in device physics, modeling, and characterization. He earned his bachelor’s degree with distinction from Purdue University in 2012. During his undergraduate, he was a research assistant working on projects in different areas, such as optical communication, circuit design, and device modeling. He published four co-author papers in Asia Communications and Photonics Conference. Besides his research experience, he also interned as a technical consultant at China Mobile. He was the recipient of the Eli Shay Electrical and Computer Engineering Scholarship, Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowships at Purdue University, and Semester Honor & Dean’s List Award (all semesters).
