Abstract

Jonathan Dowling presents a brief introduction of the Second Quantum Revolution. This talk covers a brief introduction and history of developments in quantum mechanics which has led us to where we are today and a discussion of quantum advancements which are being developed and can change your life, such as: Quantum Computing, Quantum Cryptography, Quantum Imagine and Quantum Sensing, and the fundamentals behind them.
