Abstract

HyperSpy Online Tool is a graphical user interface to the HyperSpy software version 0.8. The interface will allow users to upload their .dm3 files, display the data, decompose the signal data using principal component analysis (PCA), export the decomposition files, reconstruct the data files without noise, and download the reconstructed data files in .raw/.rpl format. As of now, only PCA is implemented and working properly within this interface but additional functionalities of HyperSpy software will be available in the future.
