This simulation is excellent. It helped me visualize PN Junctions under various circumstances for a homework assignment. It is easy to use and the descriptions of the graphs obtained are of great help. You can run the simulation under different parameters, which is great and makes it easy to see what is going on for each restriction set on a simulation! I recommend this interface to students studying about Electronic Devices and such!
