Visualize DNA origami designs from cadnano as circle plots and maps showing sequence of DNA on origami. Input files are .json of DNA origami design for cirlce plots, and the corresponding sequence for base maps.

Output is text file which should be saved as .html and opened with a browser. These images are interactive and give information such as % GC content on the base map and base number at which crossovers occur. Static images can be saved from the browser window
