Excellent overview of the technology used for workspaces. Clear, concise, and understandable. The workspace is an impressive feature.
One possible improvement: describe how you maintain and continually upgrade the workspaces. One assumes you have a shared software toolbase used by each workspace. Are workspaces running as virtual machines?
Again, excellent job.
