This is a FANTASTIC on-line course. Prof. Datta has done a fabulous job. He is very easy to understand. His presentation slides are superb. His textbook is great. I am an EE professor and I plan to introduce a similar senior-level EE course at my university next year. Great job, Dr. Datta !! Finally, www.nanohub.org is my favorite website !!Thanks, Dr. Peter Osterberg University of Portland Portland, OR oster@up.edu

I’ve watched most of the lectures and all of them are very good. Somtimes when I read literature on the semiconductor field, often they assume that you have background knowledge and skip the details. This online lecture starts from the very beginning and bridges to the concepts. It is not only useful for fresh graduates/senior undergraduates, but also can be a good review for senior graduates.Report abuse | Reply
