Beautifully taught. No loose ends. Some of the concepts not so clear to me earlier fell in so naturally in these lectures.

Excellent course on transport!! A good complement to reading Prof. Lundstrom’s book. Hopefully the few missing breeze presentations will be available soon.

I work on electrical device characterization of AlGaN/GaN HEMTs and I find this course extremely useful for my research. The course content is well covered backed up with practical “real-life” examples which give immense value to the material. Lastly Prof. Lundstrom is an excellent teacher.
