This version of prophet should be made more robust since it runs out of memory too quickly and is unable to deliver an accurate device structure based on a standard CMOS process using ffcoupled for diffusion with any appreciable grid detail. I have a local version that can do this but it is an old binary that is not multithreaded and takes an inordinate amount of time to solve. If the original Bell Labs PROPHET solver can be implemented with ability to handle an input script and output an archive of structure files that can subsequently be loaded into padre for electrical characteristic simulations it would be beneficial.
