How do I see the energy band diagrams of PNP transistor in active mode? Thanks in advance.
Quasi- Fermi levels separated in the emitter region?

When the energy diagram at the final bias is plotted, one sees that in the emitter region the Quasi-Fermi levels are separated. Should they not come together?
HOW DO I RUN NOISE SIMULATION?

Does Padre have a noise simulation analysis for BJT devices?
spatial resolution of the charge and potentials does not seem adequate
Open | Responses: 2
- it seems that the spatial resolution of some of the quantities like electron density etc is not very good.
no band edge diagrams anymore
It seems like the band edge diagrams are no longer being displayed, as shown on the screen shots. Can they be enabled again?
no output characteristics computed for pnp transistors
It appears that the simulator fails to converge for the standard pnp input deck. It does not provide a proper output characteristic
