Add capability to remove a comment in wishlist
THere is no mechanism for a user to remove a comment they have made to a wish. THere is a mechanism to remove a wish, but not a posted comment.
Removal should only be possible if no other user's have replied to the comment.

as an example where I ended up with 2 identical comments and would haave liked to have been able to remove the duplicate.

There will be a minor improvement to nanoHUB when this comment is removed.

commenters can now remove their own comments.
