rank the nanoHUB ciations by their respective secondary citations
index 1 = highest cited paper
index 2 = 2nd highest
etc
Plot the number of citations til about 50 papers.
Mark the data point special where index N is less or equal to the number on the y -axis (number of citations)
that is the nanoHUB h-index
