Automatically hook up terminal output with "Output Log" (<log>)
Right now it is my understanding that I need to send the simulation output to stdout (for being displayed in rappture during the run) and to another file which I afterwards have to read in again aand convert to a string and put it in the <log> section.
Would be nice if there was an option to automatically direct stdout to the <log> section.

This seems like a reasonable deafult behavior. In fact I had some surf students who had a hard time hooking up stdout into the log section
