Coloring of command prompt

It’s really a detail, but I can’t get my nanoHUB commamd prompt to be colored (e.g. when I type ls). Would be helpful…

    Did you try “ls —color”? If that works, you could create an alias in, e.g., your .bashrc.

      Yes, ls —color works, but for some reason it doesn’t read in my .bashrc (even though I’m using bash)…
