Assign nanos for submission completeness

When a contributor makes a submission, they receive nanos based on the completeness of the contribution. nanos for abstract, nanos for tagging, some context specific such as a bio for online presentations, extra nanos if they have the editorial team review the submission, etc.

Good suggestion. I wonder though what we are encouraging. At the end we really only care about a complete submission. But the process to get there is painful and we want to reduce that pain?

We are encouraging contributors to take the time to supply the “marketing” glue along with their content. They put a lot of time in the the deliverable content but often blow off the glue, abstract (or descriptive paragraph), tags, etc. All the components which help their content be found.

Also, getting authors to start a publication with us lets us know about them and some potential content. That’s valuable information that we should pay a few nanos/nanoes/nani for (what IS the plural of nano?).

nano as a noun, its plural would be nanos.
