We want to identify nanoHUB quote submitters as educators, students, professionals, experimentalists, researchers, industry users, etc.

Adding a window on the Success Story submission page for occupation and/or industry would help with that; this can go directly beneath Author name and organization, and above the User ID window. This would also help searchability.
