Improve notable quotes module
We need to be able to probe and explore the notable quotes from a couple of different aspects:
- quotes form industry
- from educatiors
- from students
- about electronics
- about bio
- geolocation => show quotes from northwestern to people at northwestern.
- from usage patterns - chemistry students may want to see a quote from chemistry professors

Quotes should be searchable and, thus, displayable based on these parameters in addition to those listed in the wish text: – date that the quote was contributed – topical content of the quote, where any tag we are using to categorize content on the site can also be used to categorize a quote, with multiple tags allowed for each quote.
