I personally think it would be easier to have a list of all the courses, so that you can see everything right away without having to scroll over al the points. The diagram is interesting though, it gives information about the course level, so it should be kept, I guess. Maybe have a list and the "bubble diagram".

There *is* a list of all courses. This is under the “Browse by tag” tab on the /resources/courses page.

there is actually a tab above the map that leads to a linear listing like most other resources. https://nanohub.org/resources/courses?view=tags
We continue to struggle with this issue. Some pople want to browse visually, others in a straight list.

“Browse by Tags” may not suggest a list to many users. On our home page browsing by tags gives you a list *just* for content items associated with the one tag you select rather than a comprehensive list.
This Wish should be telling us that 1) users are finding navigation difficult at this point and that 2) we have the opportunity to try to reduce the difficulty.
Reducing the difficulty of using nanoHUB increases the value that users find.
