Calculate the area under a 2D plot (curve).

When the results of a tool are displayed by a curve, a (X,Y) plot, the value of the integral between to points X1 and X2 is frequently physically meaningful. It would be very handy if we could do this automatically in the tool.

>> Wish proposal: Implement a function in the plot representation of data that will compute the area under the curve. >> Functionality: Likewise the user may select (with the mouse) the section or interval of the plot to zoom-in, allow to select the region (X1 to X2 range) of the plot and then return/print the value of the integral of the function Y between X1 and X2.
