set severity on a ticket when submitting

It doesn’t appear there’s a way to set a ticket’s severity on the ticket form. *After* a ticket has been submitted you can comment with a severity. Why not have this functionality available in the ticket form?

    Setting the severity is meant to be an ability of just site admins/support admins. Adding the ability to set the severity upon ticket submission could lead to cases where every ticket is set as “critical” because, to the ticket submitter, that ticket is critical to them (regardless of how severe the or critical the problem may be as a whole). It should be left up to the admins’ judgement as the actual severity of the ticket.
