Add RSS feed link/instructions to blogs

Love the new blogging component! I noticed that it includes settings for RSS feeds, but it doesn't include a link anywhere showing the feed or giving any instructions. It would be nice if the page showing the blog posts included an RSS link, perhaps in the upper-right corner.

    Oops! My bad. I noticed that the component does have a feed link if RSS feeds are enabled. I didn’t realize RSS feeds were disabled by default. Is there a good reason for that? Maybe RSS feeds should be enabled by default? I think that would help people discover this capability more easily.

      Actually feeds are enabled by default. At least, all the code is telling me that. If they’re not showing up by default, then there’s a bug somewhere.
