The whole "notes" thing on nanohub has been a bit bizzare as you know.
This catagory is used for PPT files of presentions that do not have
a corresponding audio component (i.e., breeze, html5, podcast, etc.)

Also many of these PPT files are classified as "teaching materials" as they
are intended to be a component that an instructor can down load and incorporate
into their presentation. Dragica has provide many PPT files that fall into this
case.

I suggest that we change the catagory of "notes" to "presentation materials".

"publications" is actually used correctly, in that is is written documents.
It is not the catchall that "notes" is.
