Unless I am mistaken your network connection is coming from (or through) Pakistan. Your connection to nanohub is probably operating under limited bandwidth and with significant latency (delay). As a result it is not surprising that you are not seeing very good interactive response in tool sessions (especially visualizations).
What tool in particular are you trying to use, I can make sure it is operating normally just in case there is some other problem.
