Ability to send messages to group members at the same time you accept them into a group

When I approve membership to a group I would like to be able to add a personal message to all people I am approving or an individual message to a person I am approving.
For example I have several people requesting NEMO3D, I am willing to grant them access, but want to give them some advice or pointers.
