Support ticket messages should include a link
I got a message in my nanoHUB inbox about the follow-up to a support ticket. The message should include a link that I could click on to go right to the support ticket. Instead, I had to type most of the URL and copy/paste the ticket number. As a rule, all of our messages should end with a URL that takes you right to the ticket, question, wish, etc. (Follow example in the wishlist messages.)
