Adjustable Colormap and Z-Axis Range in Rappture Contour Plots

Currently with Rappture contour plots, the colormap is determined from the minimum to maximum value in the dataset. However, any outliers or noisy points can washout the color scale so that the features of interest are hard to view. For instance, if most of my dataset varies between 0 and 0.1, but I have some points around 1, it’s hard to see the variations between 0 and 0.1
