It would be nice to have a way to make individual quizzes that are not part of nanoHUB U. These can be helpful for testing understanding. Can something like pdf-to-form be used for this?

For example, I am working with the SURF students to create an updated version of the crystal viewer simulation tool, and it would be nice to be able to make some guided instructional material and quizzes that could be deployed with the tool.
