Get messages when someone posts a comment to my wish

When someone posts a comment to a wish, the person who submitted the wish should get notified. This doesn't appear to be an option right now in the messaging system. It should be, so that people can turn these kinds of messages on/off.

    Now you should be able to get notified through nanoHUB messaging system, when someone adds a comment to your wish.
