We should change the border around tool sessions to make them look more like the seminars. There should be an (X) in the upper-right corner, a "pop-out" icon, and a resize shangle. I wonder if we want to move the "pop-out" icon up by the (X) to make it look more like "maximize". Maybe, maybe not.

We can probably remove tabs like "About", "Questions", etc., above the tool session area. These are now links inside the tool session (for Rappture tools, at least). We have another wish that asks for more of these tabs, to be consisten with the "About" page. A better solution might be to direct them to the "About" page for that information.
