Link to "members" page on support tickets.
All link to member’s page for tickets submitted while logged in. This is in my opinion more important than the email link since correspondence with the user should occur through the ticketing system rather than private email. I have no objection to the email address being there, but quite often when looking at a ticket I need to know more about the user and have to do a whois search to get that.
Actually all systems that interact with users including wish lists should have a link to the submitters member page.
