Wishlist opinion should allow importance without effort selection
The idea here, is that a wish has importance regardless of effort. I may not be qualified to answer the effort. Effort is a different assesment.

Ask questions and find answers from other users.
Suggest a new site feature or improvement.
Check on status of your tickets.

There is now a “don’t know” option for the effort. It doesn’t effect the overall wish priority. This should hopefully help.
