Send messages to people reminding them about open tickets

We need to send a message after 24 hours, 1 week, etc., reminding people to look at the tickets on their list on the “my HUB” page.

    I don’t know if this wish extends to unassigned open tickets. May be this is human behavior problem and can’t be fixed by a notification system.
